Neurofeedback

Real-time EEG feedback that trains specific brain networks to regulate themselves. Drug-free, non-invasive, measurable.

WHAT IT IS

What neurofeedback actually does.

Neurofeedback uses real-time EEG recording to show your brain its own activity, and reinforces patterns associated with better regulation. Over multiple sessions, the brain learns — through operant conditioning — to produce those patterns more often. It is not stimulation. It is training.

At Restorative Neuro, neurofeedback protocols are designed from your qEEG findings. We are not running generic protocols; We are targeting the specific networks the brain map flagged.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

What a neurofeedback session looks like.

You sit in front of a screen with EEG sensors on your scalp (a much simpler setup than the full qEEG cap). The screen plays a visual feedback display — sometimes a game, sometimes a graphical pattern, sometimes a video that brightens or dims based on your brain activity. You don’t need to actively try anything. The brain learns implicitly. Most patients describe the session as relaxing.

CONDITIONS WE USE THIS FOR

Indicated for the patterns above — selected from your brain map.

ADHD

Non-medication ADHD with measurable attention-network change.

Brain Fog

Retrain attentional and default-mode networks.

Post-Concussion Syndrome

Targeted retraining for persistent post-concussion
