ADHD Treatment Without Medication
Non-medication ADHD options for adults. Train the attention-regulation network directly — with the brain map as the baseline.
ADHD as a network-regulation problem.
Adult ADHD is not a willpower issue. It is a measurable attention-regulation network problem — specifically, dysregulation in the default-mode and executive attention networks. The qEEG shows the signal. Targeted neurofeedback trains the brain to regulate those networks better.
For patients who cannot tolerate stimulant medication, who experienced inadequate response, or who simply prefer a non-medication path, neurofeedback is a clinically validated alternative.
How our protocol works.
The protocol starts with a qEEG brain map and validated ADHD assessment. From there we design a neurofeedback protocol targeting the specific networks the qEEG flagged. Most patients run 20–40 sessions across 8–16 weeks.
For some patients, neurofeedback combines well with their existing medication; for others, it is the path off medication. We work alongside your prescriber if you have one.
Evidence and expectations.
Neurofeedback for ADHD has a substantial peer-reviewed evidence base, particularly in pediatric and young-adult populations. See our Neurofeedback page for the evidence summary. Outcomes are measured against your baseline qEEG and validated symptom inventories.
