TBI Rehabilitation

Traumatic brain injury rehabilitation past the acute window. qEEG-guided, network-targeted, measurement-paced.

TBI rehab past the acute phase.

The acute phase of TBI care belongs in hospital and standard rehabilitation. Restorative Neuro is built for the next phase — the months and years after acute care has done its work but functional recovery has stalled. Most of our TBI patients arrive with a story of doing the right things acutely and still living with persistent cognitive, vestibular, oculomotor, or autonomic symptoms.

Our TBI protocol.

Every TBI assessment starts with a qEEG brain map. From there the protocol is calibrated to the specific deficits. Neurofeedback for cognitive and emotional regulation. Vestibular rehab for balance and motion sensitivity. Neuro-optometric work for oculomotor recovery. Photobiomodulation as adjunct mitochondrial support. Neuromodulation for autonomic dysregulation.

Veteran-clinic lineage.

Dr. Landers founded a neurorehabilitation clinic specifically serving U.S. military veterans with TBI and PTSD before founding Restorative Neuro. He continues that work today as Director of Integrated Wellness at Clear Path for Veterans New England. The TBI population is one we know well.
