For Referring Providers

Refer with confidence. Every patient returns to you with a written evaluation summary. Restorative Neuro is complementary to your care — not adversarial.

We work alongside you, not in place of you.

Restorative Neuro works alongside primary care, neurology, neuropsychology, and rehabilitation medicine — not in place of them. Every referred patient receives a complete neurological workup, a qEEG report, and a written summary delivered back to the referring clinician. Patients return to your care with documented outcomes.

When to refer

Indicated for referral:
Persistent post-concussion symptoms >3 months
Treatment-resistant ADHD seeking non-medication options
Vestibular complaints with normal ENT/neuro workup
Brain fog or cognitive symptoms with normal MRI and labs
Early neurodegenerative changes seeking measurement-guided intervention
Long COVID neurological sequelae
TBI rehabilitation past the acute window

Out of scope (please refer elsewhere):
Acute medical emergencies (stroke, active seizure, unstable cardiovascular events)
Primary psychiatric care for mood or psychotic disorders
Acute concussion management within 72 hours of injury

What you will receive.

Within seven business days of the patient’s initial assessment, you will receive:

  • A written clinical summary of findings
  • A copy of the qEEG report (sample available on request)
  • The proposed treatment plan and projected timeline
  • A direct line for clinical questions throughout care
  • At the end of care, you will receive a closing summary with outcome data.

THE FIRST STEP IN EVERY PLAN

Sample report and referral form.

A sample anonymized qEEG report and a HIPAA-compliant referral form will be available for download from this page in the next iteration. In the meantime, please contact us directly to coordinate a referral.
